Flag_of_Grenada.svgGrenada consists of 3 islands; Grenada, Carriacou, and Petit Martinique. It is located  near the southern edge of the hurricane belt,  NE of Venezuela & SW of St Vincent and the Grenadines.

Grenada is Tropical with two seasons, wet and dry. It is humid in the rainy season and cooled by the trade winds in the dry season.

The population is 108,132. Locals speak English with some Grenadian Creole.img_0329
Grenada has a largely tourism-based, small, open economy and is known as the “Isle of Spice” because of the production of nutmeg and mace crops, of which it is one of the world’s largest exporters. Grenada has six waterfalls sites  and 45 beaches to enjoy. Grand Anse Beach, one of the finest beaches in the world, is located in the capital of Grenada, St. George. Grenada also has one of the world’s most beautiful college campuses at their medical school St. George’s University.
