IMG_7048Steps to bring your pet with you to Grenada.

 

STEP 1: Before your travels to Grenada Request a Permit from the Grenada Agricultural Department to import your pet. Complete the permit and send or fax it to the Grenada Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Lands and Fisheries, Prior to your arrival. The Officer should sign it and fax it back to you.

 STEP 2 : You must receive a health certificate within 2 weeks prior to arrival. International certificate is not required to enter Grenada. 

Step 3: Make sure to notify the airline that you will be traveling with a pet.

 

Before traveling with your pets make sure you don’t have any layovers in a country with a quarantine rule. There is no quarantine period in Grenada. 

Students bringing pets to Grenada must have a permit with the seal and signature of the Chief Veterinary Officer of the Grenada Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Lands and Fisheries affixed.
